Philip T. Bazzano, Associate
Philip T. Bazzano has focused on general liability litigation since graduating from law school. Much of his experience has been defending his clients as panel counsel for liability Insurance Carriers. He has litigated claims relating to construction defect, personal injury, workers compensation, mold, insurance subrogation, real estate property damage, property boundary disputes, professional licensing matters, and contract disputes.
Mr. Bazzano has managed these types of cases from inception through administrative hearings, arbitrations, mediations, and trial preparation. He is experienced in all aspects of discovery procedure and pre-trial preparation.
Mr. Bazzano is licensed to practice law in California, and is admitted to the U.S. District Court of Northern California. Mr. Bazzano is also a licensed California Real Estate Broker.
