J. Fredrik Trudeau, Associate

J. Fredrik Trudeau has practiced in the area of construction law since graduating from law school, with brief exposures to criminal prosecution and trusts and estate issues. He has litigated claims relating to defective workmanship, design, mold, personal injury, nuisance, and common area claims in single family, multi-dwelling residential units, and large developments. Mr. Trudeau has guided these types of cases through arbitrations, mediations, and other alternative dispute resolution proceedings on behalf of general contractors, developers, and subcontractors. In addition to Northern California, Mr. Trudeau practiced law in Nevada for three years.

Mr. Trudeau is licensed to practice is California, Nevada, and Washington State. He is also admitted to the U.S. District Court of Nevada, U.S. District Court of Southern California.
