Joseph C. Schultz
Mr. Schultz has many years of experience defending contractors
and subcontractors in construction-related litigation. His current practice
focuses on providing effective defense and proactive legal solutions to clients
in construction-related industries in Northern California. In addition, Mr.
Schultz brings significant experience (including trial practice) from his
former roles as a prosecutor, criminal defense attorney, and assistant city
attorney in Washington State.
Mr. Schultz's background also includes the study of comparative tort law at
Magdallen College at Oxford University in England, and an internship in the
Chairman's Office of the Democratic National Committee in Washington, D.C.
He is a graduate of the Washington State Basic Law Enforcement Academy and
a former law enforcement officer in Washington State.
Mr. Schultz is currently licensed to practice law in both California and Washington
State.
