Michael S. Ellis, Partner

Mike Ellis has worked as coverage counsel for an international insurance company analyzing coverage obligations on Errors and Omissions policies issued to structural engineers, soils engineers and architects. Mr. Ellis has experience defending clients against allegations of property damage and bodily injury resulting from defective products and hazardous conditions on existing property.

Mr. Ellis has also represented real estate developers, general contractors, subcontractors, and real estate agents in litigation involving single-family homes, apartments, condominiums, and small and large commercial buildings.

In addition to Northern California, Mr. Ellis practiced law in Los Angeles and Orange County for two years, where much of his time was devoted to appellate work.
